'If there is one thing Chris does well as a photographer it is - well, everything! Not only is he astronomically talented with an eye for glorious, beautiful and unusual shots he is a good listener and was able to put both of us at ease from our first meeting. Neither of us enjoys being in front of a camera but Chris made it a pleasure to be around and immediately made us feel comfortable and relaxed. The whole planning process was stress-free and we felt really confident we were going to get the shots we wanted - which we did and more! To quote my mother 'he was everywhere, two places at once!' Chris managed to go back and forth between multiple locations to get everything we wanted regarding bride-getting-ready and groom-getting-ready shots and yet no one remembered seeing him. In fact, that was true for the whole day, there were there when you needed them but completely not invasive, a perfect technique to get beautiful natural shots of our day.
Chris provides a unique friendly service with exciting surprise gifts and a relaxing fun feeling to the photography. We never felt pressured into shots we weren't comfortable with and Chris kept the couples shoots as short as possible so we could enjoy spending time with friends and family. Did we mention the results are stunning? Well, they are! Dreamy, atmospheric B&W images, rich saturated colour photographs in a natural and relaxed style.

"Tom and I bumped into Chris at a wedding fayre at Mannings Heath Golf Club. At that time we were early on in our wedding planning and both of us of the opinion that we definitely didn't want to spend hours having a 'posed' photoshoot on our big day. Honestly, I was unsure if I wanted a professional photographer at all! Chris caught our eye due to his documentary-style photography. After we got talking to Chris and looking through some examples of his work, we were quickly sold on the idea and had booked our wedding in! The service from Chris from then on was simply perfect. Chris listened and took on board our likes, dislikes, and plans for the big day and as such, the end product is simply spectacular! Chris worked so hard on the day and all the extra little touches (such as the Polaroids on the day) made the whole experience that little bit more special. Our guests had nothing but compliments for Chris, as strange as it sounds one of the most common was that they barely noticed he was there! For us, this was so important as in my opinion that's the best way to get those all beautiful natural shots. I could go on and on with compliments!
