I like to capture the story, the emotion and those candid moments that reflect your perfect day. I take a big influence from Japanese photography as well as the classic street photography. I will capture your wedding in that relaxed, journalistic style. 

 

My background...

 

Before weddings, I worked in the formula one industry as a photographer and picture editor. I started documenting weddings after my friend's wedding. You could say, I had a eureka moment of, 'This is what I want to do for the rest of my career!' I switched all my big intimidating lenses to a smaller camera system, Fujifilm, which I absolutely love working with. 

 

My style...

 

Working with the Fujifilm system lets me be the artist I want to be. I love using natural light. I don't use harsh flash and have never needed to. I work with natural light and if I do get in low lighting conditions I use a bespoke lighting system that gives me the light I need. I get emotionally involved within your day to get the images of your family and friends as the day unfolds before you.
