China & Chris decided on a Christmas wedding. A simple and cosy day in the little village of Slinfold, West Sussex. At the time this was a close wedding to home so it didn't require a huge amount of travel. followed by a reception full of themed decorations in the village hall adjacent to the church. This was my final wedding for the season from a full on year which I am always grateful for.
Morning bridal preparations took place just outside of the sleepy village of Billingshurst. The morning was very chilly as was to be expected during the early days of December and Christmas rolling in fairly quickly this was a great way to start of the month.
The ceremony took place at Slinfold Church in Sussex. It's a beautiful church to get married in. There is plenty of light inside and using a wider lens helped with capturing the scale of this charming place of worship.
As with all my weddings, I love to tell a story but the one thing I take great delight in as a photographer is seeing couples show that love. Be it in a glance at each other or seeing the joy expressed from their friends and family. I will keep this blog brief and let you enjoy the images.
